Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Five+ years of job-related experience; certifications preferred in BA, ITIL or PM.
• Experience delivering business analysis, transformation or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT staff to design new programs, processes, projects and software.
• Assist analysis, validation, testing, defect tracking, and training as needed.
• Prepare statistical reports for management decision-making.
