Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - IT to review, analyze, and improve business systems. You will work with end-users and developers to identify enhancements, document requirements, and support testing efforts.

The role emphasizes reporting, system configuration, and ensuring efficient processes. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ experience are typical qualifications for this Ohio-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Structured Query Languages (tSQL and/or pSQL).

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and system users to identify and document business needs and objectives.
• Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.
• Analyze business processes and user requirements to document project scope.
• Create and maintain moderately complex report, batch, interactive, and subfile programs.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement test plans for business and functional processes.
