This role partners with Accounting, Operations, Payroll, and HR to understand needs, optimize workflows, configure systems, support users, and deliver technology solutions that increase efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or process improvements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and user support.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner and SME for ERP modules and business systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, test, and upgrade ERP and related apps.
• Maintain documentation and configuration standards.
• Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure changes are tested and communicated.
• Partner with leaders to translate workflows into system requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve utilization.
• Decide if changes require configuration, reporting, or integration.
• Lead projects and provide end-user training and support.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and integration requirements.
• Assist data validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives.
• Support interfaces between ERP and other systems.
