The Business Systems Analyst supports the technology needs for the organization. This role is to act as the liaison between the business and IT and provide business-critical or complex technical solutions that meet user needs. Improve business performance by providing the technical analysis of business requirements (including translation into functional requirements), prioritizing of those requirements and user acceptance testing. Ensuring that clear, detailed and concise requirements have been captured.

- This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position.

REQUIRED
- A minimum 8 - 10 years of related experience
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft suite, Office365; focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with new system implementations, workflows, requirements gathering and software life cycle.
- Insurance industry experience (Personal Lines - Home Owners).
- Experience working with offshore resource model.
- Mentoring and giving direction to peers.
PREFERRED
- Insurance industry experience in MGU.
- Experience with Unqork, Solartis and Salesforce
