Emerald Resource Group is seeking a mid- to senior-level Business Analyst/Systems Analyst in the NE Ohio area to join a manufacturing and distribution environment. The role centers on IT-operations collaboration and ERP implementations to optimize processes.

The above salary is a suggested range that is subjective to a potential candidates level of experience, background, and cultural fit.

This position is located Eastern Suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio

No relocation assistance given and only local candidates will be considered

Long term experience within Manufacturing and Distribution is needed for the optimal candidate to be considered.

Working as liaison between engineering (process, material, etc.) and I.T. and operations will be the focus for the right candidate.

Role could be considered Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Operations analyst depending on your definition.

Required to be considered:

• Local to NE Ohio or moving here for logical reasons other than just a job
• Bachelor's degree from accredited U.S based college/university
• Proven and documented experience as a professional business analyst, project manager, or systems analyst.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst or PM that has implemented an ERP ( mid tier works best)
• Experience working with pricing, sales, order management, and configuration of such within CRM
• 5+ years working with technical and operational org. and teams
• Manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or similar. ( industrial and consumer goods can be considered)

This position is for a mid to senior level operational and I.T. centric Business Analyst. Candidates with manufacturing, distribution, or similar experience will be considered first and would be the best fit. Someone currently local to NE Ohio or moving here for a reason other than a job will be the only candidates considered. It will start in office daily, with the opportunity to go hybrid as proven by the performance.

A very important project is a current ERP implementation. Good experience with mid-size companies and software is needed ( JDE, Epicor, Netsuite, etc. would be examples) . Experience putting together processes documentation as well as training will win the day and improved your candidacy. This project and subsequent system integrations and upgrades will be the main focus of this role for a minimum of the next several years.
