Job summary

Cinter Career Services, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst – Manufacturing Systems for a contract onsite role in Liberty, NC. You will collaborate across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and IT to identify business challenges and design technology solutions.

You will gather requirements, document BRDs and use cases, and lead Kaizen initiatives with measurable outcomes while working standard business hours onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, MES/MOM, ERP, or quality systems.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
• Experience developing and executing UAT plans and test scenarios.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Power BI, Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business goals, and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
• Develop BRDs, functional requirements, use cases, process maps, and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.

• Support continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives and track measurable business outcomes.
• Work closely with IT teams, software vendors, and project teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, including solution reviews and deployment planning.
• Define business rules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data requirements.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test scenarios.
• Coordinate testing with business users and project teams and verify solutions against business requirements.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption for new systems and processes.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and communications and facilitate end-user training.
