Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes documents requiring knowledge of department programs and projects.
• Explains, interprets, and applies laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, and SOK policies and procedures to staff.
• Analyzes and reports performance data to identify gaps and improvements.
• Supervises staff, quality of work product, and deliverables.
• Serves as the point of contact for assigned section using department systems.
