640 SERVICE OKLAHOMA is seeking a Business Support Supervisor to lead a team of Business Support Specialists in front-line customer service operations for driver license and motor vehicle services.

The candidate will coordinate daily tasks, ensure adherence to state laws and agency policies, and drive performance improvements while maintaining professional communication and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, OR four (4) years of clerical office experience, OR an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes documents for daily operations.
• Explains and applies laws, rules, and policies to staff.
• Analyzes performance data to identify gaps and improvements.
• Supervises staff, ensures quality of work and deliverables.
• Serves as point of contact for the section using department programs.
