Job summary

Meta is seeking a leader to drive the technical strategy and global support engineering practices for advertising and business messaging partner integrations. You will oversee troubleshooting, incident response, monitoring, and AI-powered support automation.

Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Partnerships to resolve systemic issues, influence roadmaps, launch scalable support capabilities, and mentor engineers across teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Plus at least eight years as a software or site reliability engineer.
• Experience with cloud-based APIs, full-stack development, production AI or LLM tooling, SQL-based operational analysis, and technical communication.
• AdTech, production-scale AI, and cloud infrastructure tooling experience are preferred.
