Locked In Talent is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our AdTech engineering team in a hybrid role with in-office days in Los Angeles, NY, or San Francisco. You will lead complex B2B integrations, build APIs and Python SDKs, and troubleshoot data and integration issues.

You will mentor engineers, influence architecture, and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to deliver robust solutions and enable successful proofs-of-concept for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with Python.
• 5+ years working with data systems and strong SQL experience.
• Experience building client-facing APIs, SDKs, and integration tools.
• Familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL, and streaming technologies such as Kafka is preferred.
• Experience building workflow automation with tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Regular use of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
• Ability to independently lead complex technical projects from concept through production.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• AdTech, advertising measurement, attribution, privacy-safe tracking, GDPR/CCPA, or server-side tracking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify data quality issues, product gaps, and opportunities to improve automation and technical infrastructure.

• Partner with engineering and product on architecture and platform improvements.
• Support sales with technical discovery, RFPs, and proof-of-concept engagements.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join a growing AdTech engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, data, and client solutions, leading complex B2B integrations for strategic customers.

You’ll serve as a technical authority for client implementations, build APIs and SDKs, troubleshoot complex data and integration issues, and work closely with engineering, product, and sales. You’ll also mentor other Solutions Engineers and help influence the architecture, tooling, and technical direction of the team.
