Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Developer Productivity within the Ads organization. You will define execution strategy across product and platform areas, align teams, and drive end-to-end plans for large-scale advertising systems.

The Ads organization drives revenue growth for Meta by building ads products for every business model and across multiple verticals. The TPM is responsible for leading and growing the TPM organization that drives the development of the core platforms, systems, and applications to support our advertisers and help grow Meta revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of advertising systems, advertisers, and AI/ML technologies. The right candidate will be a proven TPM leader, with a strong technical background, who has great communication skills both written and verbal, strong cross-organization collaborator, and a strong program management background. They will have demonstrated experience leading large projects across multiple software teams and an interest in being a very senior technical contributor focused on some of the largest and most complex work in the Ads Serving space. The candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment serving customers at massive scale, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
