Job description

The Ads organization drives revenue growth for Meta by building ads products for every business model and across multiple verticals. The TPM is responsible for leading and growing the TPM organization that drives the development of the core platforms, systems, and applications to support our advertisers and help grow Meta revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of advertising systems, advertisers, and AI/ML technologies.

The right candidate will be a proven TPM leader, with a strong technical background, who has great communication skills both written and verbal, strong cross-organization collaborator, and a strong program management background. They will have demonstrated experience leading large projects across multiple software teams and an interest in being a very senior technical contributor focused on some of the largest and most complex work in the Ads Serving space. The candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment serving customers at massive scale, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience12+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experienceProven communication skills both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teamBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in growing organizations and developing a team cultureKnowledge of software development processes and ML and AI technologiesUnderstanding of best practices for both traditional and machine learned systemsAnalytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems Experience with using AI, ML, and Generative AI to build solutionsExperience with online Advertising technologies, applications, and systemsExperience in scaling large platform and system growthDemonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
