Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Business Support Engineer to shape the technical support experience for Ads partners and customers worldwide. You will lead engineering strategy for partner integrations, drive AI-native tooling adoption, and influence product roadmaps with data-driven insights.

You will architect scalable support infrastructure, own on-call coverage, and mentor a global team of engineers across Ads, BI and messaging platforms.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a software engineer or site reliability engineer.
Experience in API development on cloud-based infrastructures and debugging outages.
Proficiency with REST APIs, Python, PHP, and JavaScript/React; strong debugging and bug management.
Experience with large language models or AI-based tooling in production.
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences.
Experience with data analysis (SQL) to assess operational issues.

Responsibilities

Architect and own global troubleshooting methodologies, escalation frameworks, and engineering standards.
Lead AI-native technical strategy for partner support workflows and large-scale adoption.
Design, build, and deploy AI architectures for support automation.
Define performance monitoring for partner integrations across Ads and Business Messaging.
Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Partnership teams to influence roadmaps.
Provide on-call coverage and mentor engineers in AI/ML and AdTech domains.
