Job summary

First Community Bank is seeking a part-time Business Services Associate in Lexington, SC to support Business Services customers and assist Consultants with agreements and implementations. The role includes preparing documents, coordinating implementation, and maintaining client data while promoting bank services.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree (or 5 years related experience), strong banking knowledge, excellent communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, or at least 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Banking knowledge or expertise. Understanding of banking products, regulations, processes.
• Ability to multi-task and support cross-functional teams. Must be able to provide support to internal business partners.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess general problem solving, analytical and research skills. Ability to interpret written and oral instructions.
• Attention to detail, well organized, proactive and self-starter.
• Proficiency in using personal computers and office products (e.g., Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver support to Business Services customers and assist Consultants with agreements and implementation documents.
• Prepare agreements and implementation packages based on information from Consultants.
• Manage customer self-assessments, service implementation schedule and reviews for accuracy.
• Maintain database of client lists, limits and conduct purged customers reviews for the department.
• Promote bank services and refer customers to appropriate staff for new services.
