Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in Business Sales to drive new account growth in underserved markets.

You will hunt, prospect, cold call, and network to exceed monthly targets, tailoring wireless solutions and price plans to client needs. You will analyze customer requirements and close deals while continually improving prospecting and relationship-management skills in a dynamic, quota-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience.
• Outside B2B sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value with solution-based wireless plans and services.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly targets.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales automation, manage sales funnel, and report on activities and forecasts.
• Maintain and grow the customer base within a territory model.
