You will engage with clients in person, collaborate with partners across lines of business, and contribute to the branch-level risk control and profitability of the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Business Banking Relationship Management or related business lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and know when to escalate.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposit, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored banking solutions.
• Identify and promote solutions that meet client needs and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients to build relationships and review strategies with the manager.
