Job summary

Range is seeking a Business Recruiter to own and drive hiring across go-to-market, operations, finance, and corporate teams. You’ll partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business role requirements, craft effective recruiting strategies, and attract and close world-class talent.

You’ll directly shape how we build our teams and scale the company. This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Business Recruiter to own and drive hiring across our go-to-market, operations, finance, and corporate teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand business role requirements, craft effective recruiting strategies, and ensure we attract and close world-class talent. You’ll directly shape how we build our teams and play a critical role in scaling the company.

This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA. Employees hired for this position will work in office Monday - Friday. If you are not currently located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.

What Will Set You Apart

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on business roles (e.g., go-to-market, operations, finance, or corporate functions)
• Proven ability to hire top technical talent in competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including building pipelines of passive candidates.
• Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment preferred.
