Range is hiring a Sourcer to support our talent team with end-to-end sourcing for engineering, operations, sales, marketing, product, and more. You’ll identify, engage, and qualify high-quality candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience at speed.

This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA, with an in-office schedule Monday through Friday. If you’re not in the area, relocation discussion is available as part of your journey to joining Range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience at a startup, large tech company, or agency.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types.
• Strong written communication skills with ability to tailor outreach.
• Creative and resourceful sourcing approaches beyond templates.
• Comfort with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities.
• Interest in startups, fintech, and building teams during rapid growth.

About the role

As a Sourcer on Range’s Talent team, you’ll support top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across a wide range of roles, including engineering, operations, sales, marketing, product, member experience, and other functions. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact and at record speed!

This role is ideal for someone with any level of sourcing experience from 2+ years who enjoys variety, high-volume pipelines, and bringing creativity to how teams are built in a fast-growing startup environment.

What you’ll do with us
