About the role

As a Sourcer on Range’s Talent team, you’ll support top‑of‑funnel recruiting efforts across a wide range of roles, including engineering, operations, sales, marketing, product, member experience, and other functions. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high‑quality candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact and at record speed!

This role is ideal for someone with any level of sourcing experience from 2+ years who enjoys variety, high‑volume pipelines, and bringing creativity to how teams are built in a fast‑growing startup environment.

We're excited to hire this role at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA. All of our positions follow an in‑office schedule Monday through Friday, allowing you to collaborate directly with your team. What you’ll do with us

• Own top‑of‑funnel sourcing efforts for mission critical roles

• Proactively source candidates through creative outbound strategies

• Craft personalized, engaging outreach tailored to a wide range of candidate profiles

• Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition into the interview process

• Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activity, outreach, and pipeline health in the ATS

• Experiment with new sourcing channels, messaging, and approaches to improve response rates and candidate quality

• Represent Range as a thoughtful and compelling employer brand to every candidate you engage

What will set you apart

• 2+ years of experience in a sourcing role in a startup or high growth environment

• Experience at a startup, large tech company, or agency

• Proven ability to manage high‑volume pipelines across multiple role types

• Strong written communication skills and an ability to tailor outreach to different audiences

• A creative and resourceful approach to sourcing, you’re excited to try new ideas beyond standard templates

• Comfort working with an ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms)

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities

• Interest in startups, fintech, and building teams during periods of rapid growth
