Job summary

Range is seeking a technical recruiter to own hiring across engineering, product, and design, partnering with managers to define role requirements and craft effective recruiting strategies.

This on-site role at Range's headquarters in McLean, VA, focuses on attracting world-class talent, delivering a superior candidate experience, and scaling the company through strategic sourcing and thoughtful outreach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, product, or design).
• Proven ability to hire top technical talent in competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing skills and building pipelines of passive candidates.
• Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment preferred.

About The Role

We’re looking for a technical recruiter to own and drive hiring across our engineering, product, and design teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand technical role requirements, craft effective recruiting strategies, and ensure we attract and close world-class talent. You’ll directly shape how we build our talent teams and play a critical role in scaling the company.

This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA. Employees hired for this position will work in office Monday-Friday. If you are not currently located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.
