Range is seeking a Sourcer to join our Talent team at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA. You will support top-of-funnel recruiting for non-technical roles across business operations, sales, marketing, and finance, delivering high-quality candidates and an excellent candidate experience.

This in-office role emphasizes a high-volume, creative sourcing approach in a fast-growing startup environment. You’ll collaborate with recruiters and build capable pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sourcing or recruiting support experience in business, generalist, or GTM hiring.
• Experience at a large tech company or agency.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types.
• Strong written communication and ability to tailor outreach.
• A creative and resourceful approach to sourcing beyond templates.
• Comfort working with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities.
• Interest in startups, fintech, and rapid-growth teams.

About the Role

As a Sourcer on Range's Talent team, you'll support top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across a wide range of non-technical roles, including business operations, sales, marketing, finance, customer experience, and other generalist functions. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact.

This role is ideal for someone with early sourcing experience who enjoys variety, high-volume pipelines, and bringing creativity to how teams are built in a fast-growing startup environment.

We're excited to hire this role at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA. All of our positions follow an in-office schedule Monday through Friday, allowing you to collaborate directly with your team. What You’ll Do With Us

• Represent Range as a thoughtful and compelling employer brand to every candidate you engage

What Will Set You Apart

• 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role, focused on business, generalist, or GTM hiring
• Experience at a large tech company or agency
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types
• Strong written communication skills and an ability to tailor outreach to different audiences
• A creative and resourceful approach to sourcing, you're excited to try new ideas beyond standard templates
• Comfort working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms)
