Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated intern to assist in developing and optimizing business processes, aligning them with our experience strategy, and digitizing forms and documents in a dynamic Financial Services environment. You will leverage AI to review documentation and help sustain defined processes through a structured approach.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Plan to graduate after August 13, 2027.
• Graduation date between August 2027 and June 2028.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Business Communications, Process Engineering, MBA, or similar fields.
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma.
• Experience in Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuities.
• Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT Training Plans.
