Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Professional to lead modernization efforts across the project life cycle. You will shift from a manual security evaluation process to an automated, streamlined model emphasizing continuous monitoring and data gathering across programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or business discipline from an accredited college or university.
7 years experience conducting BPR activities.
Five (5) years experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Agile technologies, Six Sigma).
In-depth knowledge of RMF (Risk Management Framework).
Experience with Scrum/Agile teams.
Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, including decomposing requirements into Epics and team tasks.
