Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Professional to lead modernization efforts across the project life cycle. You will shift from a manual security evaluation process to an automated, streamlined model emphasizing continuous monitoring and data gathering across programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or business discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • 7 years experience conducting BPR activities.
  • Five (5) years experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Agile technologies, Six Sigma).
  • In-depth knowledge of RMF (Risk Management Framework).
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile teams.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, including decomposing requirements into Epics and team tasks.
