Inceed has partnered with a great company to hire a skilled Business Process Consultant to join their team in Oklahoma City. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, designing better processes, and supporting automation initiatives that improve efficiency across the organization.

You will work closely with business and IT teams to map current-state processes, translate needs into future-state solutions, and build workflow applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 1+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Project management or workflow improvement experience.
• Consultative experience with internal partners.
• US-based work experience (3+ years) and residency in market area.
• Baseline understanding of software development concepts.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document end-to-end business processes.
• Map current-state workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into future-state solutions.
• Build and implement workflow applications and automation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on design, testing, and launch.
• Support user acceptance testing and implementation efforts.
• Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and follow-up actions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
