Job summary

CFS Brands, headquartered in Oklahoma City, seeks a seasoned Business Process Automation Analyst/Developer. You will identify automation opportunities, design and build workflow/RPA solutions (Nintex), and create data-driven dashboards to drive efficiency and control.

The role blends business analysis with hands-on development across ERP, SQL, and BI platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, design scalable solutions, and deploy and support automated processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Five+ years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, or related disciplines.
Three+ years of hands-on experience developing workflow automation or RPA solutions.
Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting production automation solutions.
Strong SQL development, data analysis, and data-validation skills.
Experience with relational databases and enterprise data sources.
Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Ability to facilitate discovery and requirements sessions with stakeholders from multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Identify automation opportunities and document current-state vs. future-state processes.
Lead discovery sessions and document requirements for automation designs.
Develop, test, deploy, and support workflow and RPA solutions (Nintex).
Create data transformations, reports, and dashboards to measure automation outcomes.
Ensure security, risk controls, and proper documentation for production systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams across the lifecycle of automation projects.
Manage multiple automation initiatives with clear plans, risks, and timelines.
