Job summary

Ultipro in Oklahoma City is seeking a Business Analyst to drive process improvement and automation across the organization. You’ll partner with business teams to understand how work gets done today, design better solutions, and help bring those solutions to life.

You’ll build and implement workflow applications using the Decisions automation platform, RPA, and other tools; support UAT, training, and implementation, and coordinate multiple projects from discovery through launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management for process improvements, or consultative work with internal partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to analyze, document, and improve processes from end to end.
• Shadow users, map current-state workflows, and ask insightful questions.
• Translate business needs into future-state solutions, including workflows, forms, and system designs.
• Build and implement workflow applications using the Decisions automation platform, RPA, and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and launch solutions.
• Support UAT, training, and implementation.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate activities, timelines, stakeholders, and follow-ups across concurrent initiatives.
