Qualifications

• 2-5 years of business analysis experience.

• Ability to work with developers, engineers, and vendors.
• Knowledge of cloud-based software and integrations.
• Experience leading enterprise-level projects.
• Understanding of banking products and operations.
• Exposure to networking and server fundamentals.

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience

This is a strong opportunity for a technically minded business analyst who enjoys turning complex business needs into practical solutions. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to shape project outcomes, support data integration efforts, and help improve banking operations through thoughtful analysis and delivery.
