Inceed has partnered with a great company to hire a skilled Business Process Consultant to join their team in Oklahoma City. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, designing better processes, and supporting automation initiatives that improve efficiency across the organization.

You will work closely with business and IT teams to map current-state processes, translate needs into future-state solutions, and build workflow applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 1+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Project management or workflow improvement experience.
• Consultative experience with internal partners.
• US-based work experience (3+ years) and residency in market area.
• Baseline understanding of software development concepts.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys improving processes and turning business needs into effective technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze workflows, design better processes, and support the delivery of automation initiatives that improve efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze and document end-to-end business processes
• Map current-state workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into future-state solutions
• Build and implement workflow applications and automation tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders on design, testing, and launch activities
• Support user acceptance testing and implementation efforts
• Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and follow-up actions
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered
• One or more years of experience in business analysis
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes
• Project management or workflow improvement experience
• Consultative experience with internal business partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using process mapping tools, such as Visio
• Baseline understanding of software development concepts
• Minimum of 3 years of US-based work experience
• Must reside within the market area

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to workflow or automation tools
• Experience with Decisions platform
• Experience with RPA or UiPath
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools
• Experience supporting testing and UAT
• SQL experience, including queries and joins
