Inceed has partnered with a great company in the upstream oil & gas industry to help find a skilled IT Business Analyst to join their team!

Join an innovative team driving AI and data initiatives across multiple locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in bridging the gap between technical teams and business departments. You'll be instrumental in identifying process gaps and proposing AI-driven solutions. This position is open due to the company's expansion and commitment to leveraging AI for enhanced business processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business departments
• Identify and analyze data needs and process gaps
• Propose AI solutions to enhance business processes
• Collaborate with teams to implement AI-driven solutions
• Track progress of AI initiatives and provide updates
• Proactively engage with departments to identify improvement areas
• Conduct regular meetings with department teams
• Facilitate communication between onsite teams and the central office
• Ensure solutions align with company objectives
• Maintain detailed records of project progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a solid understanding of Upstream Oil & Gas processes.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and AI solutions
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
