Job summary

CFS Brands in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced Business Process Automation Analyst/Developer to identify, design, and deliver automation opportunities across the organization. You will combine business analysis, process improvement, and hands‑on automation development to improve efficiency and controls.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, designing automation using Nintex Workflow and RPA, integrating with ERP and data sources, and producing actionable reports to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Five or more years in business analysis, process analysis, or related disciplines.
• Three or more years developing workflow automation and RPA.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting production automation solutions.
• Strong SQL development, data analysis, and data-validation skills.
• Experience with relational databases and enterprise data sources.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions with stakeholders from multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities across the organization.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain workflow and RPA solutions.
• Integrate automation with ERP, SQL Server, Snowflake, SharePoint and 365 tools.
• Create Power BI dashboards and operational reports to measure automation performance.
• Develop test plans, coordinate testing, and support post‑production validation.
• Document processes, requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
