Hive + Co. is seeking a remote contract Business Process Analyst with 3 years’ experience to map and document our key processes across enterprise systems. You will run stakeholder sessions, produce end-to-end current-state maps, and identify opportunities for automation and governance.

The role emphasizes clear communication, meeting leadership, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure accurate workflows and standardized documentation.

Qualificações

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience as a process analyst or similar.
• Industrial engineering backgrounds preferred.
• Experience documenting end-to-end current-state processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct working sessions with stakeholders to understand current processes.
• Document end-to-end current-state processes including decisions, inputs and outputs.
• Create detailed process maps with swim lanes using Lucidchart or Visio.
• Identify process variations across teams and propose improvements.

Remote contract opportunity for a Business Process Analyst with 3 years’ experience.

Must Have for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Industrial Engineering like backgrounds would be ideal
• 3 years experience
• Experience in Lucid Chart or Visio
• Experience in Process Mapping
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable leading meetings with stakeholders to document process
• Nice to have (Plus): – Excel, Salesforce, Confluence, SharePoint – LinkedIn Profile

Essential Duties: Process Discovery & Mapping

• Conduct working sessions with stakeholders to understand current processes
• Document end-to-end current state processes including decision points, systems, inputs and outputs
• Utilize tools like Lucid chart to create detailed process maps, including swim lanes to visually represent workflows and responsibilities across teams or departments
• Identify process variations across teams, segments, or functions

Process Analysis & Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks, unclear ownership, duplicated effort, manual work, and process gaps
• Evaluate opportunities to simplify and standardize processes
• Partner with stakeholders to develop future-state process recommendations
• Highlight opportunities for automation, improved reporting, or stronger process governance

Documentation

• Create standardized process documentation
• Maintain an organized repository of process maps and supporting documentation

Cross-Functional Communication

• Collaborate with multiple areas of the organization to document processes related to our Enterprise System
• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure accurate and efficient workflows
• Comfortable leading meetings with stakeholders to document process
