Job summary

Black Financial Consult is seeking a senior Business Analyst to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders in a remote capacity. You will gather, analyze, and document requirements, translate needs into technical specs, and support end-to-end product development.

You will facilitate workshops, define user stories, and create process maps, while ensuring alignment with the SDLC and agile practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

This is a remote position.
