Location: Remote

Shift timing: 1 PM to 10PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Process Analyst with 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, preparing functional documentation, by producing high-quality process maps, and working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to help identify opportunities for process improvement and automation readiness.

The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of business process automation using SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform, along with the ability to identify opportunities for implementing Copilot and AI agents to improve business processes and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct process discovery activities, including interviews, shadowing, workshops, and data reviews.
• Produce accurate, wellstructured process maps using BPMN 2.0 and CoE modelling standards.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Create supporting artefacts such as SIPOCs, RACIs, SOPs, and process hierarchies.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications as required.
• Create and maintain system diagrams as a part of solution and functional documentation
• Prioritize requirements and maintain a well-structured product/project backlog.
• Identify suitable use cases and opportunities to implement Copilot and AI agents wherever required to improve efficiency and automate business processes.
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed solutions.
• Track requirements and changes using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate business insights and project status.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of process analysis and modelling using BPMN 2.0.
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Good understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform, including business process automation.
• Understanding of Copilot and AI agents, with the ability to identify and implement suitable business use cases
• Strong ability to create and understand system diagrams.
• Ability to create process diagrams using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of SQL, familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skill.

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, ARIS, Miro/Mural, Process Advisor).
• Understanding of KPI frameworks, SLAs, and performance indicators.
• Awareness of automation and digitisation tools (Power Automate, ServiceNow RPA, Alteryx).

Good to have:

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
• BCS/IIBA analysis certification.
• Experience supporting digital or automation initiatives.
