Role Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate on the design, configuration, and testing of software systems and tools.
• Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and business requirement documents.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support testing efforts, including test plan creation, execution, and issue tracking.

Key Skills and Requirements:
