Job summary

Themesoft Inc. is seeking a process improvement professional in the United States with an Industrial Engineering background and at least 3 years of experience to map and optimize end-to-end processes.

You will lead cross-functional sessions, document current-state workflows, and develop future-state recommendations, using Lucidchart for detailed maps and swimlanes, while ensuring governance and streamlined operations across teams.

Qualifications

• Industrial engineering background preferred.
• Experience mapping and analyzing processes.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct working sessions with stakeholders to understand current processes
• Document end-to-end current state processes including decision points, systems, inputs and outputs
• Utilize tools like Lucidchart to create detailed process maps, including swim lanes to visually represent workflows and responsibilities across teams or departments
• Identify process variations across teams, segments, or functions
• Identify bottlenecks, unclear ownership, duplicated effort, manual work, and process gaps
• Evaluate opportunities to simplify and standardize processes
• Partner with stakeholders to develop future-state process recommendations
• Highlight opportunities for automation, improved reporting, or stronger process governance
• Maintain an organized repository of process maps and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with multiple areas of the organization to document processes related to our Enterprise System
• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure accurate and efficient workflows
• Comfortable leading meetings with stakeholders to document process
