Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Business Process Analyst I/II/III to drive system-related initiatives across multiple business units. You will collaborate with IT and operations to improve order-to-cash processes, build dashboards, and implement data-driven improvements that reduce waste and boost throughput.

The role requires experience with ERP systems (SAP), SQL, and lean principles, plus the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
• SAP (ERP) experience preferred.
• Knowledge of areas that support the quote-to-cash process preferred.
• Experience with SQL dashboard and AI tools strongly preferred.
• Project management skills preferred.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an on-going list of system-related projects to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and cost savings.
• Define bottlenecks and standardize processes to eliminate human error.
• Define system requirements and coordinate corporate IT initiatives within the business unit.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications and document workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP, WMS, and TMS systems and related dashboards.
• Lead and mentor analysts on complex technical material and solutions.
• Identify and maintain operational dashboards and automated data pipelines across ERP, WMS, and TMS.
• Explore and embed AI and analytics tools into daily operations.
