Job summary

Greenheck Group seeks a Business Process Analyst I/II/III to identify, define and track IT/system projects across the business unit. You will coordinate with Corporate IT to implement improvements, develop dashboards, and train staff.

The role emphasizes SAP ERP, SQL, MII, and AI tools to enhance order-to-cash processes. You will work on-site at our Tulsa, OK or Schofield, WI locations, supporting multiple projects with lean manufacturing concepts and change management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
• Experience with SAP (ERP) preferred.
• SQL dashboard and AI tools experience preferred.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and training preferred.
• Project management skills preferred.
• Experience with AI tools in a professional setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and support an ongoing list of system projects across business units.
• Define bottlenecks and standardize processes to reduce human error.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT to define system requirements and lead change management.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications and document processes.
• Provide technical support for ERP, WMS, and TMS related systems.
• Develop dashboards and automated data pipelines across ERP, WMS, and TMS.
• Mentor analysts and facilitate projects; may supervise staff.
• Identify, pilot, and embed AI analytics tools into daily operations.
