The Business Process Analyst III will develop data-driven solutions to business issues, support financial and operational analysis, and ensure accurate reporting through modern business systems and tools.

What are the responsibilities?

As a Business Process Analyst III, you will:

• Lead teams in facilitating issue resolution, communicating key information with internal customers, and creating a positive customer experience
• Develop, analyze, and maintain business data using Power Apps and related data tools
• Support financial analysis and reporting initiatives to improve business decision-making
• Lead process improvement efforts with the intent to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and functionality
• Implement and lead change management initiatives to support standardized analysis and reporting
• Provide expertise in break/fix support, enhancement testing, special projects, system maintenance, and recurring reports
• Serve as a liaison between end users, business stakeholders, and technical teams
• Create documentation and workflows to support business processes
• Provide training and guidance on related systems, tools, and processes

What are the requirements?
