Job summary

Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, seeks a Business Process Analyst to optimize order-to-cash and related systems. You will collaborate with business units and IT to define requirements, drive process improvements, and deploy dashboards across ERP, WMS, and TMS.

The role emphasizes project management, data analytics, and adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency. On-site work at multiple locations with modest travel may apply.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience required.
• SAP (ERP) experience preferred.
• Experience with SQL dashboard and AI tools strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of areas that support the quote-to-cash process preferred.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and training preferred.
• Project management skills preferred.
• Experience with lean manufacturing concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, lead, prioritize and support an on-going list of system related projects that could impact customer satisfaction, productivity gains or cost savings.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion; manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Define bottlenecks, standardize and enhance processes to execute opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Corporate IT to assist in definition of system requirements and initiatives.
• Lead change management within the business unit and coordinate with IT and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements across ERP, WMS, and TMS; develop dashboards and data pipelines.
