  • Collaborate in the identification, planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
Operational Management

  • Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed workflows/systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
  • Create workflows/systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new workflows/systems, and other post-implementation support.
  • Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Knowledge and experience with basic technical IT functions, including helpdesk support, information system management, network administration, and cybersecurity.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • Skilled in defining business requirements for the purpose of process efficiency, data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience conducting research into systems issues and products.
  • Familiarity with organizational structures, workflows, systems, and operations.
  • Experience with digital process identification, creation, and enhancements.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Well organized, with keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language.
  • Contribute to positive work relationships in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
