WOW!, a leading provider of Internet, cable, and phone services, is seeking a Business Order Coordinator I for its Augusta, GA operations. This hybrid role requires in-office work three days per week with two days remote, focusing on order accuracy, billing integration, and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities include processing coax business orders, performing quality control, and generating reports to track service effectiveness.
This is not a remote position. This is a Hybrid schedule: in office 3 days /week, and 2 days WFH.
The Business Order Coordinator I plays an important role in ensuring business customer orders are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently from order entry through installation. This position is responsible for quality control of pre- and/or post-installation orders and order entry for simple coax installations. You'll work with customer orders, billing, CRM activity, and internal teams to help ensure a seamless installation experience while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
Verify and process all pre- or post-install simple coax business orders, including:
Screen business orders for accuracy, including pricing, discounts, and other order details. Understand task dependencies and required timing to provide customers with a seamless installation experience. Status opportunities in the CRM to support accurate commission payouts. Keep the supervisor informed of any operational issues related to orders.
Gather data and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of service and support activities as required by management.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

High school diploma Minimum 1 year of work-related experience
Computer Skills Proficiency with: Word processing software Spreadsheet software Internet software Email Ability to learn billing software systems and access online support/tools
