This is a Hybrid schedule: in office 3 days /week, and 2 days WFH.The OpportunityThe Business Order Coordinator I plays an important role in ensuring business customer orders are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently from order entry through installation. This position is responsible for quality control of pre- and/or post-installation orders and order entry for simple coax installations.You'll work with customer orders, billing, CRM activity, and internal teams to help ensure a seamless installation experience while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.What You'll DoOrder Processing & Quality ControlVerify and process all pre- or post-install simple coax business orders, including:New installationsUpgrades/downgradesService requestsLNPsDisconnectsContract renewalsPost-install QCComplete order entry and billing activity for simple coax business customers.Screen business orders for accuracy, including pricing, discounts, and other order details.Understand task dependencies and required timing to provide customers with a seamless installation experience.Status opportunities in the CRM to support accurate commission payouts.Keep the supervisor informed of any operational issues related to orders.Reporting & Administrative SupportGather data and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of service and support activities as required by management.Perform necessary clerical work as defined by management, including:ResearchFilingAssistance with mailingsOther related dutiesPerform all other duties as assigned.What You'll BringWe're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.Skills & AbilitiesGood knowledge base of Internet, Cable, and TelephonyExceptional organizational skills and ability to multitaskAbility to provide outstanding customer service and support in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies and standardsStrong attention to detail and organizationTroubleshooting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skillsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diplomaMinimum 1 year of work-related experienceComputer SkillsProficiency with:Word processing softwareSpreadsheet softwareInternet softwareEmailAbility to learn billing software systems and access online support/toolsPhysical Demands & Working ConditionsThe physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
