Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Growth and Operations Specialist

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Pay rate: $42-$46/hr

Responsibilities:

• Ads & Promotions:
• Set up and manage ad and promotion campaigns via Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Analyze campaign performance using SQL and dashboards
• Develop actionable insights and partner-facing reports
• New Store Launches:
• Execute 20–30-step processes to launch new grocery stores
• Work across departments to ensure timely and accurate launches
• Monitor grocery catalogs (menus) for issues and inaccuracies
• Troubleshoot and resolve catalog-related problems
• Provide timely support to merchants and internal teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or customer success
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Sigma, or similar tools
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
• Experience with SQL is a plus
