Job Title: Revenue Operations Specialist

Pay Rate: $38/hr. to $41/hr. on w2.

Duration: 12-months, with possible extension

The Role:

  • As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling sales leaders and teams with the strategy, insights, and systems necessary for success.
  • This involves close collaboration with Sales, Revenue, and Cross-Functional Partners to onboard clients and drive revenue growth.
  • You will provide critical operational support, drive productivity enhancements, and refine order processes for Sales and Finance to deliver world-class support to our valued Partners.

What You'll Do

  • Order Management: Efficiently process and manage incoming orders, coordinating seamlessly between the sales team, vendor partners, and our revenue department to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Partner Support: Promptly resolve and respond to partner issues during onboarding and order phases, working closely with revenue sub-teams to ensure smooth resolutions.
  • Process Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our processes, providing daily guidance and training to sellers in partnership with Sales Enablement to ensure best practices. Own and maintain playbooks and training documentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver exceptional operational support to Client Partners and Client Account Managers within our SMB sales channels, including managing orders, billing reconciliation, bonus media, and other essential tasks
  • Operational Innovation: Identify and drive operational improvements and system automation within Salesforce, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Projects: Actively participate in and contribute to projects aimed at refining the order management process and other sales initiatives impacting the SMB market.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an operational, support, or accounting role.
  • Proven project management and strong organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Product & Engineering, Finance).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Solid data analysis skills and experience with Excel, GSheets, or SQL.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience within the advertising or technology industry.
