Job summary

Black Ore is building an AI-powered platform to accelerate financial services, led by a growth-focused BizOps team. This role sits with the VP of Operations to scale GTM and BizOps, partnering with sales, product, finance, and executives to drive revenue and operational excellence.

You will stand up AI-enabled processes, own analytics, and partner across teams to shape the company’s go-to-market strategy. The role offers substantial growth opportunities in a fast-paced AI startup.

Qualifications

• Curious and proactive with strong problem-solving.
• Track record of top performance (quota, ranking, promotions, etc.).
• Able to work across functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Sales & Marketing leadership and gain hands-on customer exposure.
• Help define the Company brand with marketing and creative agencies.
• Stand up AI-agents across GTM infrastructure to boost team productivity.
• Own company-wide GTM reporting and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional special projects and inform product roadmap.
