PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union seeks an Operational Risk Analyst to support its Enterprise Risk Management program. You will contribute to ORM development, risk analytics, and policy implementation while collaborating across units.
The role includes leadership responsibilities and a hybrid work arrangement with on-site and remote participation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in risk management or related fields, with preferred certifications.

Responsibilities include:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.
