PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a Home Equity Processing Supervisor to lead the home equity staff and ensure efficient processing and compliant decisioning. The role requires hands-on oversight, staff training, and ongoing process improvements.

The position involves Monday–Friday hours, with a 40% onsite expectation, and opportunity to influence product development while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Monitor equity pipelines daily to ensure loans are being processed and decisioned efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements, PSECU Policy, Product Guidelines and Underwriting Standards.
• Decision home equity applications within approved lending authority and in accordance with procedures and guidelines, staying current on applicable laws and compliance requirements Participate in product enhancements and new product development.
• Handle member inquiries and escalations Review workflows for process improvements and product enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
