The Business Services Representative reviews, processes and services new member business account and loan relationships. Efficiently enter, review, analyze and process business loan and deposit applications. Maintain member contact. Serve as first point of contact to handle dealer, vendor and member inquiries as they relate to all aspects of Business Services. May assist in the daily operational workflow of the Consumer Loan Administration and Processing Units, Indirect consumer lending unit, and in the Real Estate Processing/Servicing Units.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Onsite expectation is one day a week or as needed.
In this position, you will process business loan applications including data entry, underwriting and document preparation. Assists members with detailed account issues, detailed loan inquiries, and professionally handling any conflict resolution. Reviews and processes business membership/business update applications and check card applications with all necessary support documentation. Communicates with members and other necessary individuals to acquire information necessary to complete account and loan processing, annual loan reviews and member portfolio management. Must be familiar with reading credit reports and appraisals, Personal and Business tax returns, Personal Financial Statements, calculating debt ratios and loan-to-values, other loan related trends and information, loan documentation and the approval/denial process. Demonstrates effective phone and computer skills. Other duties as assigned.
