The Operational Risk Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the development and operation of PSECU’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program as directed by the Director of Risk. Responsibilities include ORM development, risk assessment; managing ORM processes; identifying and developing enterprise-wide risk analytics and reports; implementing ORM-related policies and procedures and facilitating the implementation and integration of risk management principles at all levels of the company. Supports the business units in re‑assessing their risks, and reviews / updates business unit risk / control self‑assessments and documentation required for ORM. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first‑level supervisor.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.
