Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to maximize resources and drive automation across payments and operations. The role emphasizes finance, money movement, technology, and KPI-driven process improvement.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external vendors, lead data gathering and business case development, and guide projects through EPMO/ASDM methodologies to deliver measurable efficiency and improved member experience.

Qualifications

• Associates in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science or Finance required.
• Bachelors in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science or Finance preferred.
• Two+ years in technology, business or finance with data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze metrics and design process improvements.
• Develop KPI-based automation initiatives and optimize operations.
• Manage projects using EPMO and ASDM methodologies and document improvements.
• Foster relationships with vendors and internal teams for automation.
